Lalitha Dinesh

Founder & Course Director

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, Lalitha Dinesh founded Uptus Academy with a singular vision: to elevate the standard of early childhood education by training passionate, skilled, and empathetic educators.

Lalitha holds advanced qualifications in Montessori Education, Reggio Emilia Approach, Child Psychology, and Special Education. Her multidisciplinary expertise allows her to design training programs that are comprehensive, evidence-based, and grounded in real-world classroom practice.

Having personally trained and mentored over 700 educators, Lalitha understands the challenges faced by both new and experienced teachers. Her training methodology blends theoretical foundations with practical demonstrations, classroom observations, and hands-on material creation workshops.

Lalitha is also a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator, having conducted faculty development programs at numerous schools and preschools across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. Her commitment to continuous learning and educator empowerment drives every aspect of Uptus Academy's offerings.
