That's our beloved Lalitha Mam 😊. She is such a passionate trainer who inspires passion for the teaching profession. It's not easy to transition from homemaker to teaching professional, but she works magic in many lives. I can proudly say that I am one among them. Reflective listening and empathy make her a great mentor. More than that, she builds the confidence level to face and crack interviews in a short span of time, even overseas. I also recommend her book 'Stories that Teach!' to educators and mommies. The book teaches how to develop our little ones emotionally, mathematically, and verbally. I chose to pursue my Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education under the guidance of my course director, Mrs. Lalitha Dinesh. My mentor is a fascinating lady. This course has greatly improved my knowledge in dealing with pre-primary students and the education system. Moreover, I gained insights into child psychology and various teaching methodologies through the reading materials of this diploma course. I have acquired significant knowledge in child development, particularly in the Maria Montessori and Reggio Emilia educational approaches. Mrs. Lalitha Dinesh, patient and helpful, cleared all my doubts and assisted me in effectively completing the course. This journey has been an enlightening experience for me, and I am grateful for everything, Ma'am.

Ms. Lalitha's workshop on Classroom management was fantabulous. She touched on all the areas required for effective classroom management. Our team had a bagful of takeaways from the session and we are implementing the tips and strategies she delivered in the workshop.
