Parent and Toddler Program at Uptus Academy Chennai - Interactive play sessions for parents and young children

Building Bonds Through Play

The early years of a child's life are a window of extraordinary growth and development. Our Parent & Toddler Program is designed to help you make the most of this precious time by providing structured, expert-guided sessions where you and your child can learn, play, and grow together.

Led by experienced early childhood educators, each session is carefully planned to support your toddler's developmental milestones while giving you practical tools and ideas to continue the learning at home. The program creates a warm, welcoming space where both parents and children can connect with others, build confidence, and enjoy the journey of early childhood together.

Whether you are a first-time parent or have older children, our program offers fresh insights into child development and creative ways to engage with your toddler that you may not have discovered on your own.

What to Expect

Each session is a blend of guided activities designed to stimulate your child's senses, build skills, and strengthen your parent-child connection.

Interactive Play

Engage in age-appropriate play activities that develop your toddler's cognitive, motor, and social skills. From building blocks and puzzles to imaginative play scenarios, each activity is designed to be fun while promoting learning. Our facilitators guide you on how to extend play at home.

Music & Movement

Sing action songs, explore rhythm with simple instruments, and enjoy movement activities that develop your child's auditory processing, coordination, and body awareness. Music is a powerful tool for language development, memory, and emotional expression in young children.

Storytelling & Language

Experience the magic of stories through interactive read-alouds, flannel board stories, and puppet shows. These sessions build vocabulary, comprehension, listening skills, and a love of books that will serve your child throughout their educational journey.

Creative Projects

Get messy and creative with painting, clay modelling, collage making, and other art activities designed for tiny hands. Creative expression develops fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, colour recognition, and gives children a sense of accomplishment and pride.

Sensory Exploration

Discover the world through touch, sight, sound, smell, and even taste with safe, age-appropriate sensory bins and exploration stations. Sensory play is essential for brain development, calming and self-regulation, and building neural pathways in young children.

Social Time

Give your child the opportunity to interact with other toddlers in a safe, supervised setting. Early social experiences help children learn sharing, turn-taking, communication, and empathy. Parents also benefit from connecting with other families on the same journey.
